This notice describes what happens when you visit UMEH Agency, send an inquiry, complete the Brand Impact Brief, or book a Growth Blueprint conversation.
What We Collect.
- InquiriesYour name, email, inquiry type, message, and any campaign context you arrived with go to our dedicated HubSpot contact form.
- Brand Impact BriefWe ask for your first name and email, with an optional phone number. At completion, your 14 answers, score, five pillar scores, and any optional business context you provide go to a separate HubSpot form. Your result remains on screen if the submission fails.
- BookingsIf you choose to book, you leave this site for a HubSpot Meetings page. HubSpot asks for your first name, last name, email, and chosen time and records the booking in our CRM. Campaign tags may travel with that link. A scheduling click alone is not a confirmed meeting. For booked video sessions, HubSpot is connected to Google Meet. This integration has account-level access to contacts, Google Meet-created Drive files, conference details, and Meet settings. Recording and transcript sync are not enabled.
- Site activityWe keep first and later visit details, including landing page, referrer, and recognized campaign tags, in your browser's local storage. The assessment also saves your progress and answers there so you can return on the same device.
How We Use It.
We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, deliver your on-screen assessment, prepare for requested conversations, understand how people find us, and improve the site. HubSpot stores the form and booking records for these purposes. The optional assessment checkbox records your interest in occasional insights; checking it currently does not start a marketing subscription or an automated email series. We do not currently send automatic result emails.
On umehagency.com, Google Analytics 4 is configured to receive page views and selected interaction events. It uses a browser identifier in a first-party cookie. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, or free-text answers in analytics events. Analytics is disabled on this private staging site. You can limit cookies through your browser or Google's Analytics opt-out.
Your Information And Choices.
HubSpot and Google process information for the functions described above. When you open the separate HubSpot booking page, its own privacy and cookie practices also apply. We keep business inquiry and booking records for as long as needed for our relationship and applicable recordkeeping duties; we have not set a fixed deletion period in this notice.
To ask what information we have about you, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, email jesse@umehagency.com. We will review the request and respond under applicable requirements. You can clear this site's local storage in your browser; doing so removes saved assessment progress on that device. You may book or contact us without opting into occasional insights.
